XcellAgents|AI Workers Workspace

Your team and its AI workers, in the same channel.

Mention an agent the way you would mention a colleague. It works in the thread where everyone can see each step, and anything that cannot be undone waits for a named person to approve it.

How it works

Agents join your channels. People stay in charge.

An AI worker is a named member of your workspace with a job, a set of tools and a rulebook. You talk to it in the channel where the work already happens, and everything it does is written into the thread.

  1. 01Connect your apps

Sign in to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, your CRM, helpdesk and payment gateway. Each connection is scoped to read or write.

    OAuth · least privilege
  2. 02Pick or build agents

Start from the catalogue — Ticket Triage, Quote Drafter, Invoice Matcher — or describe a new one in plain language in the builder.

    no code needed
  3. 03Mention it in a channel

Type @ and the agent's name. It replies in a thread, shows each tool call and check, and asks when it needs more information.

    visible to the team
  4. 04Approve & audit

Refunds, payments, deletions and outside emails stop at an approval card for the named person. Every action lands in the audit log.

    human-in-the-loop
No new tab to live inThe agent works where the conversation is — not in a separate chatbot window someone has to copy from.
Nothing happens off-screenTeammates see the same trace, so a wrong turn is spotted in seconds rather than discovered next month.
Shared contextAgents read the thread and can hand work to another agent with the context attached.
Agent catalogue

Over thirty agents, ready to join a channel today.

Filter by department or search by task. Each agent can be renamed, re-scoped and given your own approval rules. Catalogue indicative — confirm with XcellHost

Showing 32 agents

Agents marked approval perform at least one irreversible action by default and ask a named person first. Names and scopes are indicative; the exact catalogue, connectors and limits are confirmed at onboarding.

Approvals & guardrails

Agents can do a lot. You decide what they may do alone.

Each workspace has an approval policy. It says which actions an agent may take on its own, which wait for a person, and who that person is.

        Frequently Asked Questions

An AI agent that is a named member of your workspace. It has a job description, a set of tools it is allowed to use and an approval rule. You mention it in a channel, it works in a thread, and it asks a person before doing anything that cannot be undone.

A chatbot answers one person in a separate window. An AI worker sits in the team's shared channel, takes actions in your apps, shows each step to everyone in the thread, hands work to other agents and follows your approval policy.

By default: refunds, payments, deletions, emails to outside parties, contract sends, access grants and production deployments. You can add more, set amount limits, require two approvers, and name the person or role who approves each one.

Yes. In the builder you write instructions in plain language, tick the tools the agent may use and choose its approval rule. Team includes 2 custom agents and Business 10*; agent packs add 5 more. XcellHost can also build agents for you.

On the shared SaaS workspace by default, or India-hosted in the XcellHost Mumbai Tier IV data centre. Enterprise customers can also run agents against their own model endpoints so prompts go only where they choose.

You can choose per agent: OpenAI models through managed services, Google Gemini, or open models running on XcellHost GPU infrastructure in India. Model availability by plan is confirmed at onboarding*.

Connectors are scoped to a purpose, personal identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN and bank numbers are redacted before reaching a model, retention is configurable and the audit log shows who accessed what. These support your DPDP obligations; compliance remains your organisation's responsibility.

Because every step is in the thread, mistakes are visible early. Irreversible actions wait for approval, rate limits stop runaway loops, and the kill switch pauses every agent at once. The audit log shows exactly what happened.

Agents connect to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, Desk and Books, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Jira, GitHub, Razorpay and more. Teams and Slack channel bridges, WhatsApp Business through an approved provider and Tally are available on request* — confirm with XcellHost.

Yes. The REST API starts runs and reads traces and audit logs, webhooks notify your systems about steps and approvals, and a CI/CD trigger lets a pipeline wait for a human approval before deploying. The final API reference is shared at onboarding.

Indicatively: a 14-day free trial, Team at ₹999* and Business at ₹2,499* per user a month, Enterprise on quote. Agent packs are ₹4,999* a month, India hosting ₹14,999* a month and onboarding ₹24,999* one-time. All excl. 18% GST.
