Power dip on a feeder
- SeesMeters on 14 plots drop together; the twin highlights one feeder.

An industrial park operator looks after roads, power, water, sewage and effluent treatment, gates, fire safety and security for dozens or hundreds of factories. Most parks still run these on separate vendor systems, spreadsheets and site visits — and each tenant buys its own internet, servers, backup and security from scratch. That is slow to manage, hard to audit and expensive for small units.
XcellCloud Digital Transformation for Industrial Parks puts the park on one managed stack. We lay out the digital backbone — fibre and private 5G readiness, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and edge nodes — connect meters, sensors and cameras to a digital-twin command centre, protect OT with a 24×7 SOC, and give tenants a catalogue of cloud, backup and security services that the park bills per tenant.
MIDC-type industrial areas and state industrial estates modernising utilities and services across many plots.
Developers who want a premium, ready-connected park that attracts and keeps tenants.
Gate throughput, yard visibility, truck turnaround and cold-chain sensors in one place.
Controlled gates, movement records and IT systems that hold up to authority and auditor checks.
MSMEs and large plants that want enterprise-grade IT, OT security and AI without building it alone.
Pick a layer. Each one is a service XcellHost already runs on its own — here they are designed to work together for a whole park.
Tenant effluent flows to the common effluent treatment plant. Online analysers measure the outlet; data loggers send readings to the park dashboard and, where CPCB and SPCB directions require, to the board servers. We keep the link up, flag gaps and exceedances, and keep the record.
Tap a layer to light it up on the map. Everything lands in one place: the park command centre, backed by XcellHost's Mumbai Tier IV data centre and SOC.
IEC 62443 (the ISA/IEC series for industrial automation and control systems) asks you to group assets into zones with a common security need, connect zones only through defined conduits, and set a target security level for each. We use that model for park utilities and, on request, inside tenant plants — after a passive OT assessment that does not touch running processes.
* Target security levels are examples; yours are set in the risk assessment (IEC 62443-3-2). XcellHost's SOC watches the conduits 24×7 and isolates — it never pushes changes to controllers. See also OT backup & recovery and Industry 5.0 smart manufacturing.
Each scenario is illustrative. It shows what the operator sees, what XcellHost does and what is left on record.
Models run on the park's edge nodes and, for training, on XcellHost AI Factory GPUs in India. Operations alerts flow through AIOps so people see one incident, not fifty alarms.

Backbone first, then metering, video and twin; each phase handed over with documents.
NOC and SOC in Mumbai, field partners on call, monthly service reviews with your team.
One GST invoice to the park or direct to tenants, with usage per tenant and per service.
Checked October 2026 against the issuing body's own publications. We help you meet these requirements; the park and each tenant remain responsible for their own compliance and filings.
Applies to service providers, data centres, body corporates and government bodies — so both the park operator and its tenants.
How we help SOC triage inside the window, log retention in India, NTP-synced clocks, incident report drafts.
Applies to anyone processing visitor, driver and worker data — cameras, ANPR, biometrics.
How we help privacy notices at gates, retention limits, face blurring for analytics, access logs, breach runbooks and a vDPO.
Applies to generating companies, captive plants and energy storage at the thresholds CEA sets (reported as 50 MW and above), building on CEA's 2021 guidelines. Check your applicability.
How we help OT kept apart from IT and the internet, one-way gateways where data must flow, 6-hour incident reporting support, CISO support via vCISO.
Applies to 17 categories of highly polluting industries, CETPs, STPs and common waste incinerators, as the boards direct.
How we help resilient links for data loggers, uptime and gap alerts, exceedance alerts, dashboards. Analysers and board-specified software stay with your approved vendors.
Applies to listed tenants (and their value chain on a voluntary basis since March 2025).
How we help metered data per tenant with meter IDs and audit trail, exported as a data pack for their BRSR team.
Applies to the park's common facilities and each tenant building, under state rules.
How we help fire-panel status on the twin, test and drill records with time stamps, renewal reminders. Inspections stay with the fire authority.
Applies to SEZ developers, co-developers and units, under their zone's procedures.
How we help gate automation with ANPR, movement logs, CCTV retention and highly available IT for the systems units use to transact. We do not file on your behalf.
Applies to entities regulated by IFSCA, in force from 1 April 2025.

Unit prices are the same as on each XcellHost service page. Park-wide programmes are designed with you and quoted.
INR, excluding 18% GST. Prices marked "as on" are the same figures published on those XcellHost pages. * Indicative — confirm with XcellHost. Field hardware (meters, analysers, cameras, radios, fibre civil work), private links and software licences are quoted separately.
Pick a park type to load typical quantities, then adjust. Fixed-price lines go to the cart; the command centre, fibre and hardware come with a quotation.
Choose the statement closest to today. You get a score, a maturity stage and the three moves that would help most. A quick self-check — the paid assessment verifies it on site.
