Meetings, reviews, evaluations, document work, vendor calls and board preparation, shown in a monthly log. Foundation includes 16 hours, Accelerate 32 and Board 60; extra hours are ₹4,999 each. Unused hours do not carry over.

If your AI systems or their output reach the EU, Article 4 expects measures that support staff AI literacy. The vCAIO writes the literacy plan by role and keeps records; training runs through our AI training programmes.

Yes. The AI Use-case Discovery Workshop (₹49,999*), AI Readiness Assessment (₹1,49,999*) or Rapid AI Risk Assessment (₹99,999*) can be bought without a retainer, at the same prices as on their own pages, excl. GST.

We help write the role, sit in on interviews if you want, and hand over the roadmap, portfolio, policy, risk register, model inventory and board-pack templates. After the commitment term the retainer runs month to month with 30 days' notice*.
