No. The vCIO sets priorities and holds people to them; your IT team and service providers keep doing the work. If you want operations handled too, XcellHost's NOC, SOC and managed services can take them on separately.

Weeks 1–4: interviews, inventory, vendor and licence register, risk scan. Weeks 5–8: business-goal workshop, 3-year roadmap draft and annual budget. Weeks 9–12: policy pack, quick-win savings and your first QBR. The IT roadmap sprint can compress this into four weeks.

Hours cover meetings, vendor reviews, planning, document work and reporting. You see a monthly log. Essentials includes 12 hours, Business 30 and Enterprise 60; extra hours are ₹3,999 each (indicative, excl. GST). Unused hours don't carry over.

Most work is remote. QBRs and workshops can be on site in Mumbai or by arrangement elsewhere in India; travel outside Mumbai is billed at cost.
