Feedback from XcellHost endpoint-security customers.
“We have much better visibility across our employee devices now. Suspicious activity is easier to spot, and our team can respond quickly when something unusual occurs.”
AMAakash MehtaIT Manager, Manufacturing Company“Managing security across multiple endpoints has become much simpler. Centralized monitoring saves our team time, while clear alerts help us focus on important threats.”
SKSneha KulkarniHead of IT, Logistics Company“The behavioral approach gives us more confidence than relying on traditional antivirus alone. We can identify unusual activity earlier and take action before it affects our operations.”
RARohit AgarwalOperations Director, Financial ServicesNo. If your APs and controller are a supported model on current firmware, we manage them as they are. Where they are end-of-support or too few for the space, the survey says so and we quote replacements. Hardware is billed separately from the per-AP fee.
A survey measures signal, noise and interference across your floors. A predictive model from drawings comes first; an on-site walk confirms it; a validation survey after install proves it. Without one, APs end up where cabling was easy rather than where people sit.
Wi-Fi 6 suits most offices on 2.4 and 5 GHz. Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 add the 6 GHz band, which DoT exempted from licensing on 20 January 2026 for low-power indoor and very-low-power use (5925–6425 MHz). They pay off in dense spaces where many laptops and phones support 6 GHz. We check your device mix before recommending.
DoT's Wi-Fi directions expect public hotspot users to be authenticated — for example by a login sent by SMS to their mobile — with the record kept for one year, and PM-WANI hotspots use mobile OTP. What applies to you depends on how your guest Wi-Fi and internet link are set up, so confirm with your legal team. Our Professional plan includes OTP login and one-year records by default.
Guest login records are kept for one year. Controller, AP, portal and firewall logs are kept for a rolling 180 days to support CERT-In's directions, with clocks synced to NIC or NPL time. Records are stored in India.
The portal shows a short notice explaining why the mobile number is collected and how long it is kept, takes the guest's consent, and the record is deleted when the retention period ends. You remain the data fiduciary; we run the system to your instructions.
Not by design. Guests land on their own SSID and VLAN with client isolation, and the firewall allows them to the internet only. Staff use 802.1X with your directory, and devices such as CCTV and POS sit on a third segment.
Yes. Wi-Fi works with Genian NAC, which XcellHost also sells, to see every device, check its posture and quarantine what fails. Professional plans include rogue-AP and intrusion detection on the wireless side.
The NOC sees it go offline, opens a ticket and tries a remote fix — for example a PoE power-cycle on the switch port. If the AP is faulty, we arrange replacement under your warranty, or ship a spare first with the advance replacement add-on (₹199* per AP per month).
Room-number or booking-reference login and PMS integration are scoped on the Enterprise plan. Support depends on your PMS and Wi-Fi platform and is confirmed by XcellHost at proposal.
Yes. Branch links and failover are covered byManaged SD-WAN, and the wider estate — firewalls, switches, ISP escalations — byManaged Network Operations. All of it runs from the same NOC.
Per access point per month — ₹499* Essential or ₹799* Professional — plus a one-time survey of ₹14,999* per site, invoiced in INR with 18% GST by XcellHost Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. All prices are indicative until confirmed by XcellHost.
